About this Role
The Golden State Warriors are looking for a customer success and operations professional to serve as the first dedicated resource for SuiteXchange, an internal startup seeking to disrupt the Suite Sales industry. In this role, you will play a key role in building relationships with multiple entertainment venues and professional sports teams as you onboard them onto the SuiteXchange platform. This position reports to the Director, Premium Suite Service.

This is a full-time position based in San Francisco, CA.
Willingness and ability to provide proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination will be required. All religious, medical, or other legally recognized exemptions regarding vaccination status will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with onboarding new clients onto the SuiteXchange platform
• Serve as main point of contact for clients, responding to phone calls, emails, and texts
• Collect, maintain, and distribute customer and transaction data
• Act as a liaison between clients and our development team
• Identify key technical issues and proactively work with development team on potential solutions
• Serve as subject matter expert for the SuiteXchange platform
• Proactively identify product improvements and suggest new features
Required Experience and Skills
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration/Sports Management, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years in customer service or management consulting role; SaaS or Hospitality experience a plus
• Experience working with web development
• Create and maintain positive client relationships and exceed expectations
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and resolution skills
• Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization
• Flexibility with changing priorities; ability to organize and prioritize workload
• Availability for light travel for customer visits or meetings
