Title: Director, International Marketing
Reporting To: EVP, International Marketing
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Century City)
Responsibilities:
Strategize global marketing campaigns alongside EVP: Communicate Global Road's positioning, marketing and distribution plans with distributors. Establish timelines/workflows and manage deadlines for the creation and delivery of assets, including: key marketing (AV/print), PR and digital assets. Oversee the development of international marketing campaigns (title specific)
Implement and manage local marketing campaigns: Create international marketing strategy decks that align with the overall film strategy. Liaise directly with the local distributors and communicate their overall marketing needs with the global marketing team in Los Angeles. Solicit feedback and input from distributors regarding creative advertising materials and specific needs. Disseminate and share ideas with distributors on all campaigns as appropriate. Create and manage budgets for print and AV materials per title as needed. Create alternative international campaigns as needed and circulate to relevant parties (internal, filmmakers, talent, etc.) for approvals. Identify and develop new marketing strategies per title as needed. Catalog and store all final key art, trailers, promos, research and other marketing assets as part of the international overview. Maintain distributor, filmmaker and talent relations
Markets/Festivals: Help coordinate and execute special events, sales/distributor presentations and conferences, including: EFM, Cannes, CineEurope, Toronto and AFM. Spearhead logistics on international markets (budget, booth design, registration, screenings, marketing materials, etc.). Work with the international sales team to establish timelines and workflows for the creation and delivery of sales materials, including: brochures, sales sheets, sizzle reels, promos, sales art. Oversee the creation of B2B and sales materials as needed

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
A minimum 4-6 years of experience at an entertainment marketing or social department, network/studio marketing/social team, or creative agency working on global campaigns and building communities (in strategy, Digital, Print and AV creative)
Experience managing a high volume of campaign types in parallel, while collaborating with diverse, geographically-dispersed teams
Strong communication and analytical skills along with the ability to think strategically and creatively and a reasonable appreciation for the unknown
International experience (or experience in working with international teams) preferred
Passion for television and movies is a must
Adept multi-tasker dealing with multiple projects at once
In-depth understanding of trade marketing/sales function
Proficient at establishing relationships with third party partners, and cross functional peers
Flexibility, ability to work under tight timelines and pressure
Strong attention to detail while being able to understand the big picture
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to be proactive, prioritize multiple important projects and work without constant supervision
Intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills a must
