CANDIDATES MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED
Summary of Role:
To run the day-to-day operations of US web stores, driving sales, managing inventory, and facilitating product development & campaigns launches.
Experience:
2+ years of direct-to-consumer ecommerce management experience.
Music industry, entertainment (licensed consumer products), or major apparel brand experience preferred.
Possess a positive work attitude with the ability to work on many projects at one time.
Excellent communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Expert project management skills.
Self-starter able to execute and accomplish departmental goals.
College degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
Setup products on Shopify, making sure that pricing, imagery, and descriptions are aligned & optimized to engage fans.
Work with E-commerce technology and fulfilment partners, to ensure that product launches and campaigns are executed on-time and as seamlessly as possible.
Monitor monthly and annual sales targets vs. performance across sites, identifying opportunities for growth and development for the overall business.
Review stock and inventory levels across assigned stores and place replenishment orders accordingly.
Perform regular merchandising and banner optimization of the store fronts, ensuring a best-in-class shopping experience for fans.
Work with production department on internal product setup, order placement, and shipment tracking.
Assist Brand Management and the with placing internal orders & sample servicing requests.
Work as a stakeholder within the product development process, providing input on annual calendar planning, product concepts, and feasibility - as well as scheduling promotions with marketing.
Work closely with the Ecommerce Operations Manager to ensure that operations are running efficiently from the logistics of delivering stock, receiving, fulfilling orders, and making sure that customer service is communicating effectively.
