Receptionist-Office Coordinator (6 months-fixed)

Role Summary
The receptionist position is an important administrative role that serves as the first point of contact and essential office coordinator for our Irvine location
Key Responsibilities
•Responsible for answering large volume, multi-line telephone system; screening and directing calls accordingly.
•Provide professional customer service responses to inquiries from clients, visitors and staff.
•Process and coordinate all on-site visitor interactions, greeting guests in a positive and friendly manner.
•Ensure all communal office areas are clean and stocked accordingly throughout the day.
•Maintain general inventory and orders supplies as necessary and within approved guidelines.
•Assist People Services with facility support to include; interaction with vendors and suppliers, creation of purchase orders, scheduling service calls.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
•Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures and guidelines
•Receive and distribute all parcel, messages and deliveries.
Qualifications/Experience
•2+ year of over all relevant work experience.
•Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business Admin
•Technology/Entertainment Industry Experience preferred.
