Role Summary
The Operations Coordinator will be required to provide support for the Client Operations Managers (COMs) and their dedicated airline clients. This role will become accustomed to the full global supply chain servicing each of their clients, and all the departments / stakeholders involved.
Ops Coordinators are responsible for the general needs of the operations team as well as coordinating aspects of an airline's IFE product cycle, from content selection through to final delivery to aircraft and all related activities in between (including data and technical services). The precise mix and balance of tasks/responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of the Airline accounts and the client requirements.
Ops coordinators are expected to manage and prioritize workloads, and understand the importance of delivery timelines whilst maintaining high standards of output. Must have a meticulous eye for detail and excellent time management / prioritization skills. Good communication skills required, enabling liaisons with different departments plus external parties such as distributors, production houses, metadata, client services, and hardware vendors/OEMs. Client-facing and professional is a must. Willingness to work flexible hours, understand various inner company workflows, and function as part of a broader team.
Specific Tasks
Assist COM in managing global supply chain of various clients
Monitor IFE product set for quality and on-time delivery (digital and physical media and metadata)
Troubleshoot any holds or discrepancies throughout life cycle of IFE product, assess and anticipate bottlenecks
Providing daily / weekly / monthly reports to above line managers on status, KPIs, incidents, change requests
Investigate and resolve any rejections or flags from OEMs or clients
Prompt response to any client inquiry or tasks
Problem solving and prevention
3rd level QC
On-time and Quality Reporting
Issue handling and resolution
Qualifications
Attention to vast amount of detail and commitment to high degree of accuracy
The ability to work effectively under pressure and handle a number of projects together
The ability to organize and prioritize a varied and often urgent workload from a variety of sources
Good communication skills - written and verbal

Computer skills: highly familiar with Microsoft Office Excel and able to work with in-house database systems
Experience
Bachelor's Degree or higher desired.
2 years in supply chain management, digital file workflows, post-production environment, and client servicing, or equivalent.
Familiarity with digital media and production workflows.
Inflight industry experience a plus.
