OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
The Brand Video Content and GTV Production Coordinator is responsible for implementing and executing projects led by the Gibson TV Producers to support the global Gibson Brands team and build advocacy among consumers for all of Gibson's brands. The role relies heavily on the ability to follow instructions and execute assignments.
Position reports to Gibson TV Producer.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Book crew and build call sheets for all brand video content and GTV shoots
• Ensure all call sheets are stored in Teams channel
• Ensure all post-production shoot summaries are sent to appropriate team members and stored in Teams channel
• Maintain production shoot and release calendar on Outlook
• Assist internal teams with brand video content and GTV launches
• Create and email weekly content updates with summary of shoots and releases
• Create and email bi-monthly ER newsletter updates for GTV releases
• Build master database of shoot locations in LA and Nashville
• Maintain inventory list for video gear and keep gear locker organized after each shoot
• Receive, code, submit, and file all invoices related to brand video content and GTV shoots
Other:
While the Brand Video Content and GTV Production Coordinator must be proficient in executing the responsibilities noted above, tasks of equal value are required in this role:
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Gibson employees locally and globally to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions
• Execute other tasks as reasonably requested
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3+ years related experience in video production industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Possess basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
• Experience with high-profile, A-list clients preferred
• Consumer lifestyle brand experience preferred
• Demonstrate extreme attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Possess ability to remain poised under pressure
• Comfortable engaging with all types of people in a professional, conscientious, and effective manner
• High level of self-motivation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively engage in multiple assignments concurrently, including ability to assess and manage priorities
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
TRAVEL
Periodic domestic travel to shoot locations may be required (up to 10-20%).
