Full Time Job
Provides administrative services for Giant Interactive Burbank office. The person hired will assist with invoice preparation, light bookkeeping, HR, and office supplies. The successful candidate must be able to wear multiple hats and work well in a small business environment. Self-starter must demonstrate excellent administration skills, strong teamwork skills, and resourcefulness.
Responsibilities
· Maintain office supplies and premises
· Provides HR functions of on-boarding new hires.
· Reconcile travel and expense reports, including cash and credit card purchases.
· Assist will preparation of invoicing
· Support both physical and digital deliveries
· Light bookkeeping and data entry
· Support marketing material production
· Social marketing posting
· Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.
· Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from others.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience
· BS/BA in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· At least 2 years of administrative experience and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
· Familiarity with bookkeeping software, preferably Quickbooks, is a plus.
· Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Candidate should be ''hands-on'', and proactive in working with internal and cross-functional team members, providing excellent service and guidance to ensure that all relevant requirements are met.
• Salary: $20.00 / hour
This is a full-time role with benefits package after 3 months of employment.
