Entertainment studio is looking for an administrative assistant to support Business & Legal Affairs department. Ideal candidate would have a strong interest in business & legal affairs and at least 1 year of experience at an agency or studio, exceptional organizational, prioritization and time management skills. Primary assistant duties include general administrative support (e.g. phones, scheduling, and maintaining filing system) as well as some contract administration. We require a strong degree of multi-tasking, a sharp focus for details, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with film, television or other entertainment related contracts. Must be articulate, with excellent communication skills, and Mac and PC proficient. Must also be proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly, Excel).
