GC Event Productions is looking for 2 PART-TIME Front Desk/Receptionists who can join a team (in Azusa, CA) that helps create and bring major brands/events to life. Check out our company site (GandCproductions . com) to get a better idea of what we do.
We have 2 PART-TIME positions that we'd like to fill with the best candidates that would fit our creative and fast-paced company culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Answer, direct/roll calls and/or take messages for a 6-line phone for an Event Production company in Azusa, CA.
- Greet clients & visitors, answering questions as necessary.
- Receive and confirm delivery inventory at the front desk.
- Light office duties including data entry and filing as well as researching clients (on QuickBooks).
- Special projects as assigned.
IDEAL CANDIDATE IS/HAS:
- Professional and friendly demeanor when answering the phone and greeting clients.
- Punctual, responsible and have a sense of ownership.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks.
- Spanish speaking desired (but not required).
