POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice President, Marketing serves as a key operational hub for Fuse Media's marketing and creative materials. He/she is responsible for running the creative process against all marketing creative production – key art, print, video, digital, and social materials. This position also has responsibility for ensuring creative consistency, strategic messaging and quality control across all non-consumer advertising/digital advertising off-air media and constituents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative:
• Works closely with SVP Marketing to ensure all efforts align through a consistent market positioning, ''look'' and brand message for originals and brand
• Partners with SVP Marketing and Director of Marketing Assets and Operations on the production process for all advertising and promotional efforts to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Oversees all creative for approvals and quality control
• By tightly managing the creative process, expand communications power by making dollars go further
Marketing Strategy:
• With SVP Marketing, set short and long-term brand/ originals strategy to reach business and revenue objectives
• Determine how strategic messaging and positioning is executed across all media platforms for all originals: print, video (on and off-air), digital and promotional partnerships (including digital, affiliate and ad sales).
• With ad sales and affiliate, ensure all materials (sales decks and branded entertainment offering) deliver a Fuse sensibility and continue to prove brand value to advertisers and distributors
Process:
• Establishes processes to maximize productivity, including assets management, workflow, and intra-departmental communication.
• Produce all creative shoots for Fuse Originals
Operational:
• Develop and manage the creative processes for all Fuse marketing materials to ensure Fuse Media's position as top-quality creative house
• Spearhead all off-air creative for promotions/activation and opportunistic marketing initiatives
• Marketing: from a process stand-point, oversee development and execution on all on-air, print, digital, video, social and OOH development
• Press: responsible for the coordination with PR and photo services on sourcing materials for copy and design development.
• Ad Sales marketing: partner on execution of Upfront campaign; oversee all creative elements for promotional off-shoots
• Affiliate marketing: partner on execution of affiliate campaigns; oversee all creative elements for promotional off-shoots
• Oversee process for creative execution and approvals of activation and promotional efforts; make sure in synch with general consumer marketing plan
• Implement practices for production, while advising and developing staff
• Serve as key interface with the Brand Creative team, creative vendors, freelancers and resources and identify new talent on an on-going basis

Key Experiences/Achievements
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in marketing within entertainment, media or ad agency
• Strong understanding of the broadcast and cable television landscape

• Digital and new media experience necessary
• Managerial experience with department budget responsibility
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
