full coverage communications is seeking a Publicity Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles, reporting to a company Partner/Publicist. All company employees are currently working remotely, but candidate should be LA-based as an eventual return to the office is expected.
We are looking for a candidate who has interest in personal publicity (spanning music, television, film, and beyond), takes initiative, can stay organized & prioritize multiple running projects in a fast-paced environment, has a willingness to learn and is a positive team player. Strong writing, leadership, and client service skills are required, along with knowledge of the current media landscape.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Admin support for company Partner/Publicist (rolling calls, managing schedule & calendar, etc.)
• Assisting publicists across client accounts
• Tracking & servicing press clippings to clients daily
• Organizing and handling incoming press requests, including helping execute from conception to fruition
• Liaising extensively with client and external project teams
• Ongoing maintenance and updating of media lists and industry contacts
• Ensuring client press materials/bios are current
• Creating detailed itineraries/schedules for all client press activities
• Interacting with glam agents to book glam for clients
• Pitching clients for interviews and appearances as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1 year of experience working full-time in entertainment is required
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Google Drive/Docs & Dropbox
• Proficient in entertainment research based programs such as Muckrack and Critical Mention
• Excellent and proven writing skills
• Professional and friendly people skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Responsive and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to anticipate needs and be resourceful
• Punctuality and reliability
• Team player attitude
