We are seeking an Office Manager for our client a Music Management company. Our client would like at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
• Office Management
• Facilities and Operations
• Human Resource duties
• Dealing with Vendors
• Conduct new-hire orientations
• Assist, track, and coordinate special projects
• Perform ad-hoc tasks
• Recruiting for the support staff positions
• Facilities management
• Manage / Supervise Interns, Receptionists and other support staff
Skills and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 3 years of Office Management / Operations / Human Resources
• Prior experience with a Music Entertainment Company is a plus
• Experience with MAC / PC: MS Office / Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be extremely detail oriented
• Resourceful
• Able to communicate with all levels of the company
• Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to appropriately deal with confidential information
• Fantastic people skills
