The Role:
Manager of Integrated Marketing
The Manager of Integrated Marketing will oversee the day-to-day of the of all materials related to packaging and programming, providing direction and guidance, ensuring a smooth-running operation and maintaining high quality output. The role is responsible for developing our overall advertising go-to-market strategy for the digital entertainment business, focused primarily on sponsorship packages, creative client solutions and innovative ad creative. Specifically, he/she will oversee ideation, packaging, development, implementation and post-execution evaluation of revenue- generating programs for Fresno across all distribution platforms. This role will provide the Sales/Marketing perspective and input when working closely with key leaders from other departments, such as Content Strategy and Development Editorial/Video, Product, Content Science and Distribution, and Yield (for pricing and inventory optimization). This individual will also be responsible for developing integrated client solutions that clearly conveys the value for the brand without marginalizing show creative that drives value to our partners. Additionally, this person will help to foster an encouraging a spirit of communication and collaboration across other Fresno departments.
Responsibilities:
Work with Fresno's Sales team to provide Programming and Branded marketing solutions that align with advertiser strategic goals.
• Project manage initiatives to develop short-term and long-term advertiser opportunities within the environment.
• Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions to help crystallize ideas into actionable 360° solutions for advertisers including event activation for campaigns.
• Develop sales materials and other client deliverables while maintaining an editorial eye to ensure all client-facing creative concepts follow Fresno brand guidelines and effectively meet the marketer's objectives.
• Collaborate with Content Partners to develop and package innovative content and marketing programs that drive revenue and provide strong value for viewers and advertisers.
• Manage execution of sponsorship campaigns at ground level, including custom production, client communication, and campaign delivery.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience working in a sales organization, with a digital media or marketing focus
- Strong understanding of campaign planning, distribution and optimization.
- Must possess outstanding problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal
relationship tact and finesse.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to flow with directional
changes.
