Administrative Assistant to CEO/Film Industry (Hire Imidietly)
Job Description
Social Impact Producer & CEO of two production companies (We Do It Together and Frequency Production) is looking for an Administrative Assistant. We are looking for someone who is administrative savvy and preferably fluent in both Italian & English. This position has the potential to grow into higher positions for the right person.
Companies are both focused on social impact content and are currently in production with a slate of projects. We are looking for an assistant who is eager to learn, outstanding under pressure, and incredibly thorough. Both companies have been growing fast and the candidate must be willing to wear multiple hats. CEO is very busy and has an extremely demanding schedule, which requires the ideal candidate to be flexible when needed.
The production companies both focus on creating impact in the world; this is a demanding position with incredible opportunity for someone who wants to enter the film industry, as well as learn the production process from beginning to end.
Responsibilities include:
• Heavy administrative work
• Coordinating research & content for weekly social media posts
• Heavy personal & company scheduling
• Organization & filing of documents, company contacts
• Assisting with the development of projects on the slate
• Assisting with notes and feedback on project drafts and cuts
• Assisting in research, design, and copywriting for pitch decks
• Assisting in communication with filmmakers during all phases of the production process as support for the CEO
• Heavy tracking expenses, invoices, and accounting
• Maintaining orderly file management systems (Dropbox & Google Drive)
• Supporting both companies' social presence, websites, and newsletters
The ideal candidate:
• Very detailed oriented and thorough
• Proficient in Social Media
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
• Proficient in creating presentation decks
• Proficient in Google Calendar
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Must own a car or means of transportation, and a computer
• Must be willing to travel if needed
• Must live in Los Angeles / surrounding area
• Must have permission to work in the US
• Speak & write fluent Italian (not required, but a plus)
• Recent graduate OK (preferably in film or relevant experience)
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop (not required, but a plus)
