Job Description - Seeking an energetic and highly organized Sales Coordinator to report into the Executive Director of Sales Solution and support the FMNA Brand Partnerships sales team. This person will be responsible for developing successful, innovative advertising solutions for our client offerings. The ideal candidate is outgoing, creative and strategic, able to manage multiple priorities and is client-centric at every turn of their approach
Responsibilities
• Assist the FMNA sales team in Network Management & RFP responses for clients across a variety of advertiser categories & FMNA IP/Shows both linear and digital
• Assist with brainstorming integrated marketing campaign(s), utilizing a consultative, objective-based approach, marrying advertiser goals to the best creative ideas for FMNA IP/Shows
• As needed in connection with Research, utilize performance and audience data to determine the optimal package and mix of offerings
• Collaborate with Creative Services teams to develop sales pitch materials that clearly articulate the integrated campaign solution and the rationale
• Work with multiple internal teams during the pitch process to ensure all legal and creative approvals are routed and obtained
• As needed, be an active part of the sales and negotiation process with sales and clients, ensuring Fremantle and/or Network plans are presented in the best possible light
• Support the team by managing and scheduling various client calls, meetings, conferences etc.
• Develop and track all Sales target lists & Sales Status Reports
• Assist with outgoing sales efforts around target lists
• Assist with tracking and management of Invoicing upon close of Sales contracts
• Handle special projects as needed by the Brand Partnerships team at large
Qualifications / Requirements
• 3+ years of marketing-related experience at an agency, media company or sales organization in the entertainment, gaming or technology (social media) sectors
• Experience and extensive knowledge working with Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, emerging social and digital platforms and developing trends
• Thorough knowledge of brand and media marketing, the sales process and media in general, as well as advertising within the Digital eco-system
• Understanding of digital media sales, especially branded content, social, and video
• Experience developing complex, multi-faceted campaign concepts for clients
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
• An entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional work ethic and enthusiastic, team-driven mindset
• Superior client management and prioritization skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple, competing priorities.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office required - Excel, Word, PPT
• Experience with digital media planning and research tools preferred
• Creative thinker - ability to generate ideas and new concepts/positioning as it relates to the advertiser product/brand.
