Job Description: In this critical support role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer of Fremantle US.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls
• Maintain an accurate and detailed calendar for COO, manage and log incoming scheduling requests, re-schedule meetings upon request, proactively communicate changes, and anticipate and respond to scheduling conflicts
• Prepare expense reports on a monthly basis.
• Ensure consistent and efficient interaction with other executive assistants across the organization; demonstrate poise and tact under pressure and handle matters with sound judgement and confidentiality
• Arrange domestic and international travel through outside agency.
• Special projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Two or more years of experience in providing high-level administrative support to executives, preferably within the entertainment/production industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Organized with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Ability to prioritize and organize a heavy workload.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under time constraints and in a fast-paced goal oriented environment.
• Must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
