Job Description - In this critical support role, you will provide administrative support to two busy executives; the President, Alternative Development & Programming and SVP, Alternative Development.
Responsibilities
• Manage heavy call volume for two executives
• Schedule meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
• Prepare expense reports on a monthly basis.
• Arrange domestic and international travel through outside agency
• Manage two heavy schedules
• Research & creative meeting prep
• Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within entertainment industry
• Must be interested in exploring a career in unscripted television
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• A professional telephone manner
• Ability to prioritize and organize a heavy workload in a fast pace and high-pressure environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Solution and detail oriented, with ability to anticipate next steps and identify problems early
• Must be a team player
