Job Description - In this critical support role, you will provide administrative support to the VP of Acquisitions. Scope of work includes scheduling, calendar coordination, management of department databases, research, and various project specific assignments.
Responsibilities
- Answer/roll telephone calls
Schedule meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
Manage and optimize heavy executive schedule
Prepare expense reports
Arrange domestic and international travel through outside agency
Work with sales teams and senior executives to gather information for investment appraisals and cases
Review of content for international distribution
Help coordinate onboarding of new acquisitions & track key milestones across slate
Create and maintain database entries across all submissions and current projects
Manage department Interns
Liaise with internal departments to coordinate distribution of creative material for review
Ad hoc research projects regarding trends and projects being evaluated
Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the entertainment industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
A professional telephone manner
Ability to prioritize and organize a heavy workload
Excellent communication skills
Must be a team player
Familiarity with unscripted, & digital programming preferred
Knowledge of international market is a plus
