Job Description: Provides back-up administrative support as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support to executives including, but not limited to, answering/rolling phone calls, coordinating meetings, managing schedules, preparing expense reports and arranging travel through outside agency
• Perform back-up Reception duties
• Act as Runner when needed
• Special projects as requested
Qualifications/Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within entertainment industry. Internship experience may apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• A professional telephone manner
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests
• Demonstrate initiative to independently identify needs and flexibility to help out where needed
• Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Must be a team player
