Responsibilities
• Liaise and coordinate with departments internally to ensure initial and revision budgets are updated with the latest information.
• Liaise and coordinate with show accountants to ensure revisions are regularly submitted.
• Help check submitted budgets for accuracy.
• Create initial budget assumption top-sheets.
• Administer and distribute budget passes internally.
• Administer and distribute ''goldenrod'' budgets for submission to network partners as needed.
• Create / finalize / track final budget sign-off sheets.
• Administer and distribute an internal budget status report.
• Administer project setups once projects are green-lit.
• Coordinate and confirm local community expenditure and local spend reports.
Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree required. At least 2-3 years of experience on-set film or television production
• Computer literate and well-versed in MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Familiar with Movie Magic Budgeting software
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
