Summer Intern - Graduate Student - Organization Development & Training
Position Summary
Assist ODT department with specific projects, best practices research, and services as needed.
Responsibilities:
Assist SVP, OD&T in program development & project management for upcoming research opportunities. Some of these duties may include:
• Conduct literature reviews
• Utilize published research to design business-oriented methodology
• Compile and analyze existing data in Excel
• Create and present findings to Senior OD&T Staff
• Miscellaneous administrative duties around the department
• Set up and break down rooms for training
• Additional responsibilities as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
• • Working towards Master's degree in a field related to Organization Development (Org. Behavior, I/O psych, Org. Psych, Human Factors, etc.)
• Able to read and interpret quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Must have experience reading and writing research papers/technical briefs
• Comfortable presenting original work to an audience
• Able to work effectively in a culturally diverse network and team.
• Project management, communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
Physical and Mental Demands/Environment:
• General office environment
• Able to lift 40 lbs. (computer/laptop equipment)

• Applicants must be enrolled full-time in a graduate degree program at an accredited university and be sophomore status or above.
• Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship by the Company.
