JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include:
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities of programs and projects
• Design and manage database of metrics related to CNRGs, and other programs
• Design, document and manage processes to facilitate management of events, sponsorships and CNRG expenses
• Monitor CNRG expenses; coordinate collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; prepare special reports
• Define accounting policies and procedures for CNRGs, customized by location and business
• Manage CNRG program components, including: Board selection, appointments, and on-boarding/training; developing CNRG performance metrics and dashboard; leveraging data analytics, where available, to identify opportunities and provide recommendations
• Assess program performance and help to maximize ROI, prepare reports to demonstrate effectiveness of programs
• Compile information into Power Point decks, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain internal company social media channel, including uploading photos from events and assisting with write-ups.
Television Production Statistics
Updating and maintaining 2018-2019 FBC season master production diversity spreadsheet, including: ethnicity, gender, specific role information for cast and crew. 1-2 times per week, or more as needed during times of heightened PR/Comms requests.
• Updating/maintaining 2017-2018 FBC season master production diversity spreadsheet, including: ethnicity, gender, specific role information for cast and crew. Update final numbers/grid, make sure accurate.
• Updating and maintaining production spreadsheet for 2018 FBC pilots, including: ethnicity, gender, specific role information for cast and crew. 1 time per week, check to make sure pilot information is accurate.
• Utilize tools/resources such as Doczilla (crew lists), weekly Drama and Comedy Current Reports, Series Regular Casting Memos (on file), Final Credits (on file), Variety Insight, Imdb, Google, etc. to compile data for the above.
• As needed, help create percentages and stats on behind the camera/in front of the camera talent based on the data in the spreadsheets.
• As needed, compile data into PPT decks or provide in document/email form.
• Save everything (all grids, sheets, etc) to BOX. Keep TV Production Stats BOX folders organized, clean, updated, etc.
• Update/write a ''Process & Procedures'' document for TV Production Statistics, to keep in Intern and/or Assistant Resource Manual.
BOX Document Management
Inform 21CF Global Inclusion team of redundant or duplicative BOX folders to potentially streamline/delete.
Requirements include:
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Strong judgement, business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who is willing to help out wherever needed and loves to collaborate.
