Interview Scheduler (Temporary)
We are looking for Schedulers to arrange interviews for our Talent Acquisition team. Primary duties are scheduling, re-scheduling and confirming a high volume of candidate interviews. Additional duties may include recruiting related administrative and operational tasks. This position is hybrid if based in Los Angeles or New York, or remote.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with hiring teams and their assistants/coordinators to obtain their availability to interview candidates
• Schedule and confirm a high volume of Zoom and Phone interviews locally and across the U.S.
• Arrange on-site interviews as needed, coordinating hiring team on-site contact, directions and drive-on parking passes
• Track candidate interviews status in Workday
• Respond to candidate questions, provide updates on application status via phone and email, filtering and directing to appropriate recruiter as needed
• Additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Demonstrated experience scheduling and re-scheduling a high volume of meetings, interviews and coordinating all details, confirmations, etc.,
• Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, with the ability to correspond to candidates and hiring teams via email
• Strong customer service focus, and the ability to communicate effectively with all staff levels, internally and externally
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail/accuracy and follow-up. You stay focused and no details fall through the cracks on your watch
• A positive, team-oriented focus with the ability to maintain constant communication with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers
• The ability to proactively prioritize, problem solve and multi-task simultaneously in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Good judgment and the ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality
• Ability work in East/West coast time zones and work overtime as needed
• An at-home work environment, including high-speed internet
NICE TO HAVES
• Previous experience or interest in recruiting, human resources is a plus
• Experience using Workday or other enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems
