Full Time Job
Responsible for managing and assigning promotion inventory for two Bay Area TV stations.
Schedule promotional spots on logs according to marketing strategies, station priorities and the direction of the Creative Services Director.
Manages contesting platform and works with Sales and legal teams to execute contests according to FCC rules.
Serves as liaison between FOX network/sports, syndicators and Creative Services staff. Identifies and executes digital marketing plans to promote entertainment programming. Manages delivery of assets when outside media campaigns are active. Works closely with Engineering and Traffic departments to insure clean on-air delivery of all promotional efforts. Keeps track of station promotional items inventory. Assists with community/promotional events outside the station which may require working outside of normal business hours. Additional duties assigned as deemed appropriate and necessary.
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College and two to three years related experience required.
Must have excellent written and verbal skills, be highly organized and a self-starter with ability to juggle many projects at once. Computer experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel required.
