Full Time Job
The Coordinator, Creative Advertising, A/V is a growth position, designed for someone with a genuine interest in the entertainment industry broadly and marketing more specifically. This role will report to the SVP, Creative Advertising, A/V, but will facilitate multiple executives and colleagues in the department with project/asset management, creative assistance, and some general administrative work. The ideal candidate is highly organized with great attention to detail, and either knowledge of, or an eagerness to learn, production terminology and entertainment marketing. Candidates should also be capable of managing work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate resourcefulness, and exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in creative workflow administration, maintaining an updated account of assets being created/distributed for marketing campaigns, updating content requests, reporting music usage, and staying up-to-date on casting, production, and talent information
• Assist occasionally in creative ideation and project prep, including sourcing potential assets and footage relevant to the storytelling goals of the work, and creation of pitch decks/presentations
• Assist in occasional physical production efforts, providing support for off-site and on-site video shoots
• Perform research into creative trends, best-in-class examples, and competitive positioning
• Perform basic administrative duties like setting up zoom meetings, conference room bookings, handling very light expense reports and travel booking, and other functions, such as contacting Building Services, IT, etc.
• Stay current on all distribution platforms/social media and identify new and emerging trends and technology to further the department's creative marketing goals
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Experience in the entertainment industry or coordinator-level experience, plus a college or junior college-level degree
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
• Familiarity with post-production edit software

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $21.25-27.50 per hour for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
