Fox is seeking a highly energetic, creative and people-focused employee communications and branding professional.
Primary responsibilities will be to develop, evaluate and promote employee facing communications and branding efforts that will engage and retain existing employees. The candidate will strategically help improve the flow of internal information, initiatives and programs such as the company's intranet, memos, executive & department emails, events, employee benefits, perks, wellness, etc. Additionally, the Associate Manager of Employee Communications & Branding will provide some employee activities support.
This position will report to the Director of Employee Communications & Activities.
Primary Responsibilities
• Champion, write and edit content for internal communication vehicles, including intranet, e-mail announcements, newsletters, webcasts, town halls/round table discussions and presentations to deliver employee communication solutions that inform, promote and engage our employees and ultimately drive business results.
• Develop communication plans for organizational changes and determine the best channels that will help the organization to digest, understand and embrace necessary change.
• Supports key employee-facing events and all content, agendas, scripts necessary for events (Town Halls, culture events, etc.).
• Draft & disseminate employee-related communications, including a monthly employee newsletter.
• Help drive engagement using the company's internal social platforms.
• Measure and present results of communication efforts.
• Maintain master email groups, distribution lists etc.
• Assist with communication timing of release to coordinate with company events or initiatives.
• Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization's strategic vision.
• Perform other related administrative duties and task, as required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Human Resources, Public Relations, or Marketing is preferred.
• At least 3 years working in employee communications or corporate communications and branding/marketing.
• Proven success developing and executing strategic employee communications across a variety of channels.
• Innovative mindset – always looking for ways to improve the employer brand and engage employees.
• Write clearly, concisely, and precisely. Outstanding editing skills; ability to write for a broad spectrum of multi-media communications channels.
• Experience with change management and communicating key initiatives across multiple internal target audiences.
• Be able to select the proper support visuals needed to enhance the written word.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities in a faced-pace environment.
• Experience with event production and support is preferred.
Technical Skills
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Quip).
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Slack.
• Experience with SharePoint.
