The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting our Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of Fox Television Stations, LLC. (FTS) in our Los Angeles office. This position requires initiative, attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly. Duties include: handling appointments, special projects, expense reports, correspondence, meeting preparations in addition to coordinating a high volume of meetings, conference calls and follow up. Will also coordinate and handle travel arrangements, assist with industry research and helping to manage the team's new office space with external vendors and internal administrative contacts. Individual will interact with FTS executives and other professional associates, both internally and externally. Other related duties and special projects as deemed appropriate and assigned including providing backup support for other FTS digital executives throughout the country.
Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in the capacity of an Executive Assistant supporting or reporting to an executive in a professional environment; supporting a senior level executive preferred. This highly visible position must be comfortable with frequent access to confidential information and possess the ability to exercise extreme discretion, be organized and reliable. This role requires a professional demeanor and detailed oriented administrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must. Strong editing skills and proficiency with Google G Suite (including calendaring) and Microsoft software suites is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
