JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a freelance opportunity within Fox Sports Marketing with the potential for a future staff position.
The Post Production Coordinator will support the Fox Sports Marketing Post Production group's daily activities and workflow. Ensures organization and distribution of departmental process documents and information.
Responsibilities
• Vendor and Invoice workflow / maintenance
• Process and code new invoices for approval
• Ensure prompt payment by monitoring invoice status
• Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors
• Work with finance to resolve any discrepancies or problems with vendor payment
• Assist any vendors that have inquiries about payment in a friendly and timely manner
• Support VP Post Production to track marketing costs and maintain monthly budget report with finance dept
• Support Manager Post Production with resource scheduling as well as booking and submitting timecards for voiceover talent
• Assist with music licensing requests and music cue reports to music department
• Coordinate office floor plan adjustments and work with Building Services/IT to facilitate computer/equipment requests/needs
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Broadcast television, marketing, or advertising
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Broadcast television, cable or production/design company
• The ability to multitask and work effectively under daily time constraints in a high pressure environment is also required
• Time management, organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial
• Demonstration of initiative and ability to acquire and master skills quickly
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work with various levels of authority
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
