JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the FOX News Media Executive Vice President, Marketing. We will rely on you to be a team player that can work independently while exercising sound judgment and taking initiative. In addition to managing all administrative tasks, you will take on entry-level marketing projects as assigned.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments; process expense reports; handle cross-department communication
• Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the EVP
• Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion
• Screen incoming calls; prepare and/or review confidential memos, correspondence, business updates, meeting notes, PowerPoint presentations, correspondence, and complex reports
• Manage all aspects of business travel and travel agendas
• Manage marketing projects and initiatives as assigned by the EVP
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• A bachelor's degree and 2-3 years relevant work experience
• Strong interest in Marketing
• Highly organized and detail oriented nature
• Adaptable team player
• Self starter attitude with the ability to take imitative
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
• A positive ''Can Do'' attitude
