Full Time Job
The new Creative Strategy team at Fox Networks Group sits at the center of the portfolio (Fox Sports, Nat Geo, FX, Fox Broadcasting, Film) and drives creative strategy for client pitches, sold work, and ad product innovation, ensuring the entire network delivers on a singular client focused vision. The Vice President will support the Senior Vice President as we build the team, create processes, and measurements for success.
We aim to not just drive revenue, but shift how and where brands invest and partner across our portfolio. We want to identify the perfect intersection of media and creative across the entire network, developing stories that entertain instead of interrupt and deliver on a brand's goals. We believe if you create the right brand story for the right moment, brand stories will matter and succeed more than ever.
Responsibilities
• Partner with the Portfolio Solutions team to develop deep creative insights and strategy across our key clients and develop proactive pitches that highlight the power of the portfolio.
• Identify emerging brands and develop strategies and packages that appeal to their business goals.
• Write creative briefs based on information gathered from Sales and the brand and agency, and share with all creative studios at FNG, including the internal content study All City, FX, Nat Geo, Fox Sports, and Fox Broadcasting).
• As creative is being developed, serve as the point person ensuring all concepts are on strategy and demonstrate the best of what we can do.
• Assemble the creative narrative for the client presentations, including strategic vision and organization and flow of creative concepts to optimize positioning and clarity.
• When creative is sold through, work with studios and other partners as it is developed and presented to clients.
• Help develop and oversee creative insights and competitive analysis for our top clients to gain a deep understanding of who they are and how we can enhance their marketing strategies.
• Partner with research to capture audience and network insights, to build case studies once campaigns has concluded.
• Partner with the Studios and Advanced Ad Products teams to identify and test new brand experiences.
Qualifications
• At least 10 years of strategy experience at a brand, creative agency or network.
• Strong writing skills.
• Works well in a fast paced environment.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Deep thinker who thrives on arriving at key insights that lead to smart, effective creative.
• Skilled at evolving audience insights, brand insights, and research insights into a core strategic approach.
• Loves taking initiative and bringing new ideas for creative, ad experiences, and process to the team.
• Consistently and critically follows today's entertainment and advertising trends.
• Risk taker to who wants to challenge the advertising model.
• Deep understanding of media/creative agency and network landscape.
