Responsibilities
• To Conceptualize, create and execute graphics for on-air programs and promotion.
• Research, design and create motion graphics for on-air promotion materials including promos, channel's presentation, interstitial, campaigns, etc.
• Participate in channel branding research and design.
• Design and create print/ digital promotion material.
• Perform routine tasks for on-air presentation graphics.
• Understand the brand identity, positioning, target audience, overall programming and promotion strategy of the channel.
• Actively participate in all channel meetings and provide ideas for promotion campaign. Share design and technical knowledge with the team.
• Work with local marketing teams to create still graphics and animations for on ground events.
• Service the entire channel's design needs from motion graphics, on-air graphics packages, presentation layouts, promotional materials, logo design, and web graphics.
• Organize and maintain graphic storage and libraries.
• Import digital files for playback into various systems.
• Work with operation department to ensure proper playback of on-air graphic elements.
Qualifications
• 3 years and above related experience, especial in Media industry
• Passion to deliver creative motion graphics with tight deadlines
• Good at After Effects and 3D software capabilities, Adobe After Effects, CINEMA 4D...
• Constantly exploring new motion design creative
• Have a good motion broadcast design knowledge
• Creative and willing to take new challenge
• Team player, willing to communicate, share and discussion
• Independent worker
