Part Time Unpaid Internship
Media Operations:
• Assisting Media Operation Coordinators
• Backing up program and promo files into MAM (Media Asset Management) and storage archival/retrieval
• Daily duties such as Not Mades and entering metadata upon request from clients such as FX
• Helps with special purge projects
• Assisting management team on projects as needed
• Checking broadcast assets
Legacy:
• Assisting Media Center at front counter (answering phones, emails, face to face requests)
• Working on ScheduALL work orders such as creating labels and dropping them off to client.
• Barcoding, labeling and pulling tapes as well as recycling tapes as needed
• Assisting any clients that come to Media Center front counter
Qualifications:
• Student with a Television or Communications background a plus
• knowledge in sports is a plus
• Possess outstanding communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Able to add and subtract time durations and be able to think and work in multiple time zones
• MS Word/Excel/Outlook
• Previous experience working with any Media Asset Management system is a plus
• Must work well under pressure, and be able to multi-task

• Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university and be sophomore status or above.
• Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship by the Company.
