Reporting To: HR Director, Human Resources
The Role: There are dual aspects to the role:
(1) Manage the Compensation administrative functions for FNG Entities in Singapore and ensuring high quality service delivery; support the FNG Entities in Singapore office on matters relating to Payroll and HR Operations.
(2) HR Business Partner to assigned business units
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partner (60%)
• Acts as a business partner and employee advocate on all HR initiatives and programmes to the assigned business divisions.
• Provides support and guidance to the relevant local management
• Contributes to all employee relations at the local level related to the specific local business/ division and in doing so ensures full compliance with applicable employment legislation.
• Counsels and supports business stake-holders
• Provides HR perspectives on stakeholders' relevant business operations and consult with local management on HR implications on the strategies.
• Supports organizational changes (eg transformation initiatives, restructuring etc)
• Supports any country HR initiatives as appropriate
Payroll and HR Operations (40%)
• Process and administer Payroll and employee benefits such as insurance, medical, leave, taxes, etc. Ensure regulatory compliance of these processes.
• Conduct and analyse annual compensation and benefits survey.
• Support and analyse HR-related budget activities and audits, manage and track the HR budget allocation and accruals
• Manage all C&B reports and surveys, such as headcount mobility, turnover, demographics etc
• Design reports and recommendations based on research and analysis as and when requested by Senior Management
• Partner with external vendors such as payroll vendors, insurance brokers and benefits providers
• Manage accuracy of data in HRIS systems, including leave, performance management, and other HR admin systems
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Business/Human Resource Management or related
• 6-8 years relevant working experience focusing on payroll and C&B
• Great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of information and communicating data findings, and experience tracking and reporting program metrics to all levels of the organization.
• Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed service and experience expectations – ability to meet the needs of, and work with all different types of customers (both internal and external)
• Full of initiative, enjoys working in fast pace environment, positive attitude & high attention to detail
• Able to navigate ambiguous situations & environment to deliver on customer focused outcomes

• Strong with numbers: tend to be numbers-oriented, involves a great deal of quantitative analysis.
• Analytically inclined: strong analytical capabilities, required to analyze trends, surveys, and spreadsheets as to determine compensation and benefits strategies.
• Detail-oriented: work involves a considerable amount of research and the interpretation of data. Therefore, must be detail-oriented as to understand how compensation fits into the overall objectives of the organization.
• Great communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with all employees and senior executives. Comfortable presenting programs to employee groups and members of senior management.
• Strong Ethics and Discretion: deals with confidential information, they must be stewards of ethics and discrete when it comes to handling sensitive information.
