TMZ is the leading source for celebrity and entertainment news. We're looking for energetic, motivated students with a passion for celebrity news to join our Fall Internship Program. As an Intern at TMZ, you will be exposed to the many facets of newsgathering, TV production, and digital content creation. Our interns are hands-on and directly contribute to the production process at TMZ. You'll have an opportunity to learn from senior staff and will participate in informative speaker sessions developed specifically for our internship program. This is a chance for the right person to gain broad exposure and grow within a leading entertainment news organization.
Our Sports Desk Intern will assist the sports staff with organizational projects, research, writing, calling sources (with prior approval), and other general sports news-gathering duties.
Our Spring 2026 Internship program will run from March 2026 – May 2026. Interns must meet all 5 criteria below for consideration:
• Be available for the entire internship session, as outlined above.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, in the form of two or more 10-hour days per week. Be comfortable with a work shift which begins at 6:00AM.
• Have a demonstrated knowledge of the area(s) of interest as reflected in their field of study, course work and/or professional/internship experiences.
• Be in their junior or senior year of college.
