Full Time Job
We are looking for a Coordinator to join our Strategic Creative Partnerships team and provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President and Vice President while contributing to the development and implementation of brand marketing partnerships. We're looking for someone who is proactive, full of energy, and eager to thrive in an entertainment focused, creative environment.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide professional phone coverage at all times
• Manage calendars, coordinate, schedule and set up meetings, request drive-on access for guests, and set up conference rooms for meetings
• Arrange travel and prepare expense reports as needed
• Assist the larger team with logistics, travel, and set-up for any related activities
• Interact with internal departments, business partners and vendors coordinating Creative Partnership activities and logistics as needed
• Curate daily trends and news headlines that pertain to the industry
• Prepare VP and SVP for external meetings, researching and analyzing brand partners key product, campaign and/or personnel news
• Work on Creative Partnership initiatives and projects as directed by the SVP
• Attend internal team meetings and calls to provide notes
• Assist the team with reviewing scripts and watching cuts for our current slate of programming
• Compile and contribute to creation of internal and external marketing collateral
• Be an active participant in creative brainstorms, provide research on the brand and/or trends in market to the wider team
• Manage team operations including file management and internal marketing report for programs in activation
• Maintenance of internal documents and updating on a weekly basis; own and maintain tracking grid for all working projects and proposals
• Assist with additional projects and perform other duties as required
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of related administrative experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organized
• Internet/tech savvy
• Interest in Pop Culture, Television, Brand Partnerships and/or Marketing
• Proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Keynote
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
