Full Time Job
The Sound Operations Assistant will provide phone coverage for the VP, Sound Operations, and for the Post line. They will also assist with client and customer service needs, including drive on's and giving out lot information. The Assistant will also help keep all employees informed of necessary information and activities, as well as their call times for the following days.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide backup scheduling for the stages and projection department, and back up and assistance for client food services
• Input information in Media Pulse for scheduling and billing
• Serve as payroll manager for Foxtime
• Order office supplies as needed
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• At least 1 year of professional experience, ideally within media (internship experience accepted)
• Post Production experience is preferred
• Must have strong computer skills
• Must have strong multitasking and communication skills
• Must maintain client confidentiality
• Media Pulse experience is a plus
