Part Time up to 25 hours
Learn all aspects of running a theatrical concert production office and award-winning singer/TV host engaged in a diverse array of performing and producing projects. Duties can include (according to ability): managing social media, overseeing office administration, running errands. MOST INTERESTED IN SOCIAL MEDIA/MARKETING SKILLS, GREAT PHONE VOICE, ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Knowledge of music platforms such as UTUBE, ITUNES, etc. a plus.
Please be enthusiastic and a hard worker. Kinolwedge of computer programs such EXCEL, etc. is a great asset.
Duties may include on-site performance support: ticket sales, taking photos/videos for social media, checking people in at the door, some stage management type of duties, etc.
Job Duties also may include:
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via phone, fax, mail, and e-mail
• Monitor and update professional website content (e.g. tour dates), bios, blogs, Facebook, etc.
• Prepare newsletters, tweets, and other materials announcing upcoming performances, new podcasts, recordings, videos, etc.
Job Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
• Word, Excel proficiency desired. Or willingness to learn quickly.
• Experienced in using a variety of social media platforms
• Technology savvy
• Articulate with excellent communication and writing skills
• Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills
• Comfortable and effective working with minimal supervision
• Ability to learn quickly
• Discreet
• High standards of professionalism and integrity
Salary
T/B/D and based on experience, results and ability to learn. We will start hourly rate discussion at $12.00-$15.00/hour, chance for bonuses and a higher pay rate according to ability and good fit for this position.

We need support across the board in a theatrical, musical production office working with an award-winning singer/TV host. Open to having you work on the skill set that is strongest, but need to cover day to day office administration also.
