Executive/Personal Assistant Role available
- Full-time supportive based role (paid)
First Access Entertainment is an entertainment management company based in Hollywood, working with talent in music, fashion and branding, film and TV.
We are seeking an individual for an executive / personal assistant position, based in LA. You will be supporting a senior executive at our company and the ideal candidate will be ready for any challenge. You must be confident with strong organizational skills and an excellent grasp of the English language. An education in music business, entertainment law, A&R (record label experience) or business administration/ business management required. We will require this individual to schedule meetings, run errands and do expenses, as well as support our executive on creative projects, amongst other duties. We may require this individual to travel (mostly between LA, NYC and London). Previous work experience or internships in these fields required. You must have a valid work visa.
Requirements and responsibilities include:
• Scheduling meetings.
• Strong Organizational skills - ability to manage calendars, emails, expenses etc.
• Good networking abilities.
• Excellent communication and business skills with experience or education in music business, entertainment law or business administration.
• Administrative tasks such as creating expense reports and budgeting.
• Assisting our executive and team on projects in and out of the office.
• A&R and record label experience a bonus as this may be required on projects. A legal background also a bonus.
• General personal support - doing errands for our executive.
• Experience working for or interning with a music management company or record label or similar entertainment company OR experience in an business administrative role.
• Ability to travel when needed - mostly between LA, NYC and London.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Good email and telephone etiquette.
• Comfortable working with Apple Mac.
• Keynote/Powerpoint skills.
• MS Word and Excel proficient.
