Jr Social Media Channel Coordinator
The Junior Channel Coordinator is a fantastic learning opportunity to support a busy programming department at FBE that handles the traffic, posting, maintenance, and analysis of video, image, and text posts across all public facing digital channels. Temporary with the possibility of becoming full-time.
The Digital Programming side of the business at FBE is made up of three ''legs of a tripod,'' Channel Programming, Production, and Post. Each team works tightly together to service both the owned and operated and partner digital channels to varying degrees. The Junior Channel Coordinator is part of the Channel Programming leg supporting the Traffic and Channel coordinators and is hyper-focused daily on everything that goes with pushing content live on the owned and operated digital channels, including YT, FB, Insta, Twitter, and more.
This is a full-time role and is Monday through Friday in our offices currently located in Burbank.
Support Channel Programming roles as directed, including, but not limited to, Channel coordination, Traffic coordination, Audience Development, documentation, data entry, and sometimes Social Media creative support.
Uploading and scheduling videos and related assets live on owned and operated channels.
Part of a team that is available during immediate release of content across multiple channels for multiple tracking, check/verifications, audience development and moderation, and reporting tasks.
Every video: Live Email and programming, metadata, platform glitch, annotations, search, and other platform and algorithm specific checks.
Every video: Flag email and checks on audience response, trending comments and suggestions, stats and traffic estimates.
Live, Post Live, EOD, and EOW checks and adjustments on videos, content, audience.
Live, immediate post live, and mid-range Stats Logging, Insights, and Reporting.
Live, immediate post live, and mid-range Audience and Comment moderation, Insights, and Reporting.
Live, immediate post live, and mid-range checks, verification, programming/playlisting, featuring videos, and other platform-specific tasks.
Live, immediate post live, and mid range audience engagement support tasks.
Assist in maintaining position and department documentation.
Assist in Trafficking of all final and approved video, image, copy assets for release on owned and operated channels
Love YouTube and internet culture, as well as extremely familiar with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube
Love social media and plugged into what's going on online as well as ease in navigating apps, internet conversation, and pop culture.
Detailed awareness of Social and Internet culture, memes, vernacular, etc.
A desire to 'hook' audiences, understanding of social and shareable content.
Incredibly organized and detail oriented
Ability to soak up and learn and adjust to a fast-moving industry and department.
Interest in / or experience with light editing, photoshop, social copywriting
