FIMI Group is a talent management, talent buying, and event partnerships company established in 2010 in Los Angeles, CA.
FIMI Group expanded to Austin, TX in 2021 and is seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented individual who wants to work at the intersection of entertainment, marketing, and events for our corporate clients. The Partnerships Strategist will play a role in strategizing, ideating, and executing partnerships with events and talent across entertainment, music, sports, culinary, and travel to provide unique access for loyalty program experiences platforms, such as Marriott Bonvoy Moments and Delta SkyMiles Experiences.
Primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Researching and brainstorm new event ideas, creative strategies, and client program development opportunities
- Requesting, writing, and launching marketing creative for event partnerships and uploading approved marketing materials onto the client's websites using a variety of platforms and project management systems.
- Serving as primary liaison between event partners and attending guests, communicating with all parties on a daily basis over phone and email
- Managing all event logistics and partnership deliverables such as event tickets, itineraries, logistics, and shipping labels when necessary
- Maintaining reporting on partnership performance metrics such as attendee feedback and website performance, among others
- Developing and designing presentation decks with client data and visualizations
- Assisting with new client pitches and work, and accounting reconciliation (for partnership budgets, event expenses, etc)
This candidate needs to be:
- Meticulous attention to detail and must have the ability to prioritize effectively while minimizing errors
- Reliable, forward-thinking, and able to juggle numerous projects simultaneously
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Familiar with basic accounting and bookkeeping (recording expenses, managing budgets, invoice processing, etc.) and HTML computer code elements
- Solution-driven individual that is comfortable working under pressure
- A self-starter with high energy who is able to initiate projects and see them through to completion
- Passionate for entertainment, music, sports, and pop culture landscape
- Open and able to travel as needed to facilitate events and host client groups
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years professional experience in marketing, events, partnerships, talent buying, or talent agency/management experience
- Proficiency working with collaborative project management platforms such as Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and Google Suite (specifically Sheets)
- Experience working in website content management
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred:
- Previous work with music festivals, award shows, sporting events, food & wine festivals, restaurants & chefs, and/or talent representatives
- Previous experience working with Monday.com
