Coordinator, Digital Content Programming
FilmRise, an industry leading streaming company is looking to hire a Coordinator of Digital Content Programming. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. The person in this role will report to the VP of Digital Content Programming and will help support various other team members of the Sales team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist VP by preparing avails for clients
Prepare reports on client performance for VP to review
Responsible for tracking avails from request to live status
Maintain Title Tracker spreadsheet, updating when relevant
Follow up with platforms to log accurate live dates for content
Check dashboards to keep track of when content is pulled from platforms
Track live status of key titles
Update sales team on the status of key titles
Create and provide a monthly report of content for Managers to discuss delivery status with clients
Coordinate calls and meetings for Sales Team as needed
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree preferred
· Proven administrative experience
· Highly proficient in MS Office
· Advanced Excel skills required
· Basic data analysis experience a plus
· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team, as well independently
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - must be meticulous and well organized
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· A self-starter, driven, efficient, curious, and resourceful
