Film Mode Entertainment, an active boutique entertainment company focusing on Worldwide Sales and Distribution is looking for a sales & development intern for Fall 2019 (Sept - Dec). Interns are an INTEGRAL part of the company with opportunities for a range of hands-on contribution, including but are not limited to: script coverage, screener reviews, development notes, website updates, creating & distributing marketing campaigns, film market preparation, infrequent errand runs, and help keeping the office space tidy.
This is an unpaid, educational internship ideal for candidates looking to understand how their creative and/or production experience can be applied in the world of film sales and distribution.
Interns will learn how to evaluate a project's commercial potential, assist in film markets preparation, and participate in American Film Market. Internship will start from early Sept until week of Dec 23, with a 3 days per week commitment at our Westwood office.
Successful candidate maybe considered for a full time opportunity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Carry a ''no task too small'' attitude
- Valid California driver's license & car transportation
- Familiar with story analysis
- Previous sales/trade show/convention/event/production experience
- Foreign Language
