We are looking for seasoned media and advertising sales executives to join Ficto's fast expanding sales team. We are seeking creative problem solvers who share our sense of mission and want to grow with a great company! Joining Ficto requires passion, curiosity, innovation and a willingness to take risks.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
-Distill audience-based metrics provided to you and convey our product and service offerings to brand advertising customers.
-Capture valuable marketplace feedback from brand advertising customers and relay such back to the company's product team, content team and marketing team in order to build scalable business solutions for our advertising partners.
-Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities based on a deep understanding of the business strategies of your customers as it relates to the product and service offerings that are based in both media sales and programmatic sales.
-Responsible for bringing your own customer network to prospect and develop while expanding interest in a few target accounts provided to you
-Help to develop and implement best practices for proving the company's menu of offerings (value) to our advertisers through data, measurement and analysis.
-Be comfortable with embracing new and innovative approaches to closing customers.
-Embrace the phase of rapid change every company now finds themselves in as it relates to the material shift in how ad dollars are spent, how overlooked explosive audience niches are made, how consumer sentiment keeps shifting and how better solutions aren't just limited to software.
-Create strategic plans for growth based on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
-Clearly and confidently communicate opportunities and needs to cross-functional teams in order to influence new advertising solutions.
