Filmatics and Fever Content is looking for an operations manager to helm a full time staff of 6, working alongside 3 additional business developers that work part time. The operations manager will be in charge of making sure creatives, producers, administrators and business developers are hitting deadlines, clear on their goals and objectives, and are well motivated. They should monitor efficiency and help maximize it across the staff.
The staff services 2 companies: Filmatics and Fever Content. Filmatics is a traditional production company part of a transmedia network of other companies. Fever Content is an immersive entertainment agency that works alongside Filmatics.
Both companies have projects on their roster throughout the rest of the year so the operations manager will be hitting the ground running. Content output between both companies covers traditional music videos and short form content, immersive music videos and 360 VR pieces, AR filters, and other elements of immersive media from social media campaigns to Spotify canvas videos.
This is a part-time opportunity for 3 days a week, with strong opportunity to expand to full-time with health benefits should the demand rise and more work come through the door, which is the intentions of both companies.
This is a very creative team with different personalities that are dynamic in age range, character, and artistic prowess.
Experience:
-2-6 years experience as an operations manager in advertising agencies, production companies, or immersive media
-Track record of setting goals, creating a plan, and getting results
-Experience building and managing high-performance teams
-Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and an ability to adapt to changing priorities
