The Tech Official is responsible for safely and efficiently performing all operational tasks required for Family Entertainment Live (FEL) Hot Wheels properties across North America, with potential assignments in international locations. This role is primarily responsible for the successful setup, execution, and breakdown of each event.
• Travel to FEL Hot Wheels engagements at major venues globally, typically arriving on Wednesday for multi-performance weekend engagements, departing Monday.
• Work directly with the event staff to unload all production trailers, install safety hold plastic, banners, paint, lights and other show assets throughout the venue, as well as loading out the production at the end of the engagement.
• Conduct inspections of Monster Trucks and/or competition vehicles.
• Aid in show flow and vehicle support throughout the duration of the event, under the direction of the tour director or event manager, including safety responses. Maintain order in pit area
• Operate heavy machinery, primarily forklifts and telehandlers.
