Famico Studios is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its global team of gamers and creators building a new video game company. Based in Los Angeles, the Executive Assistant role will directly support Famico's CEO in logistical and administrative matters such as schedule management, travel arrangements, expense reports, office management and hosting meetings and visiting partners. Responsibilities
• Full responsibility for managing our CEO's calendar, as well as coordinating meetings involving multiple members of the Famico team
• Create and distribute agendas for all internal meetings and track any follow up items
• Coordinate both domestic and international travel, including booking flights and hotels, verifying visa requirements, and tracking COVID-19 guidelines
• File receipts and submit expense reports for purchases and reimbursements
• Revise, re-format, and contribute to presentations or other documentation to be shared with stakeholders
• Assume responsibility for miscellaneous administrative and logistical tasks as the need arises
• Office management
Requirements & Skills
• At least two years of Executive Assistant experience in the games, technology and/or media industries
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Excellent people skills and cultural sensitivity to work with an international team
• Proactive planning and problem solving
• Adaptability to handle multiple projects at once and adjust to rapidly-changing priorities in a fast-paced organization
• Strong sense of discretion and capability to handle confidential information
• We have a global team, but the ideal candidate will be able to work from a Los Angeles office approximately three days per week
