About the Company
FALKON is a fast faced, bleeding edge creative company, working equally in advertising, & entertainment. We are focused specifically on rich and meaningful visual storytelling in sports, culture (Hip-Hop, Sneakers, Fashion) and social impact. We are made up of extremely high-performance, hyphenated talent that collapses the layers of traditional processes to solve fresh and disruptive creative problems in a bold, fresh, and innovative way. We handle strategy, creative concepting, and all facets of production through distribution for high-end film/video and photographic content with world class partners - brands, sports leagues, film companies, networks, athletes, influential figures across culture, and digital platforms.
Position Description
We are looking for an experienced producer with a track record in digital content production and high-end brand partner interfacing. The right candidate will be self-motivated, a natural problem-solver, extremely precise at details and highly motivated to support the mission of any given project. They must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high powered, and collaborative production team which demands excellence in every facet. Our ideal candidate possesses an unwavering attention to detail, an investigative-reporting-like mind-set and never settles for ''no'' as an answer. Follow-through and proactive ownership of any challenge that may arise along the way is critical, as well as excellent time management and the ability to effectively manage several projects and corresponding teams at once.
This role is within the advertising / agency side of our company, with a strong focus on project management and brand-client relationships. It is therefore NOT a good fit for a candidate primarily interested in entertainment or creative development.
A strong passion and authentic connection to sneaker culture, fashion, hip-hop and sports is a strong consideration as it is the work we do and the collective team's unflinching passion.
Under the guidance of one of our EP's and Account Managers, you will lead projects from conception through final delivery, working directly with Brand Directors and Brand Managers at high end brands. A thorough understanding of post workflows is crucial, as well as some experience with photo post (retouching, clean up and color).
At least a basic understanding of live-action production is strongly preferred, you will not be required to run live-action productions as a ''line producer'', but many of our projects require some on-set oversight and an overall management of the whole job, to ensure that client needs are seamlessly communicated to the production team, while one producer is running point from start to finish (initial briefing, research, conceptual development, pre-production, production, post and delivery).
This role is perfect for somebody with 3-5 years of producer experience, who is excited to work with a small, collaborative, and highly driven team, build on existing client relationships, and take ownership of a variety of exciting, dynamic, and high profile projects.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Extremely proactive, detail-oriented, diligent, and organized in every aspect of work
CARE about making good quality content, with great people, often with powerful messages/meaning associated with it
Someone who is tapped into sneaker culture, streetwear culture, sports, fashion, and hip-hop will find this role a dream job
A strong aptitude for troubleshooting, time management, and problem solving.
A natural multitasker and enjoy wearing many hats
Cherish open communication and honest feedback and is not afraid to ask questions
An independent thinker and a self-starter
Excel in a fast-paced environment with ever changing demands
Have the ability to work independently as well as within a team
Calm under pressure and handle the most demanding of tasks with grace, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Not afraid to step up and take leadership to complete tasks at hand
Excited to help build the culture of a growing company
Possess high expectations, constantly seek to push the bar and improve with every project
Willing to work long hours/weekends when a project demands
Available to occasionally travel within and outside of the US based on project needs (within official COVID Compliance)
Value a friendly workplace that keeps open lines of communication while always holding to a high standard
Looking for a challenge, to be pushed, to grow, to learn, to evolve and to excel, not coast or rest in an easy role
Value dedication, hard work, integrity, honesty and aligns to the mission of the company and the work we do
Want to win and willing to work hard to do it!
Principal Responsibilities
Receive and review client briefs
Create and maintain production schedules
Create and track project budgets in consultation with EP

Support the project team to run efficiently, allowing artists to focus on creative, while helping to manage their time and run communication internally and externally across the board
Track and organize data and media assets across internal and client-facing platforms
Assist in maintaining internal production databases
