Video Post Producer / Account Manager for AAA Games

THE POSITION & FIT:
We're looking for an orchestrator of creative minds who has a passion for guiding ideas from an intangible thought to a tangible piece of art from start to finish. A connoisseur in knowing what ingredients make art taste good and how to successfully structure logistics, appease various parties, keep quality high, and lead a project to success (creatively and budget-wise).

This position is ideal for a seasoned video post producer who loves video games, works well with artists, can budget, schedule, craft the perfect team using their contacts, and enjoys the collaborative process of creating uniquely entertaining marketing materials and campaigns for AAA entertainment brands. Someone looking to have a voice versus being lost in a bureaucracy of a corporation. The go-getter who wants to help grow a business by facilitating the execution of innovative ideas that need to blossom. One who desires to make an impact versus following the herds. A manager-type. Spawning out of LucasFilm in 2005, Eyestorm has been successfully launching advertising campaigns to help build awareness, create buzz, increase new user acquisitions, and find creative ways to shift a passive audience into engaged evangelists. JOB DUTIES:
Identify talent and staff projects with the ingredients they need to be amazing
Onboard temps and vendors
Make schedules, estimate projects, & create SOW's
Manage projects and people on the day to day
Ensure Quality of all Deliverables are Met
Ensure client & internal notes are addressed
Deliver on-time and within budget
Innovative ways to grow the account

QUALIFICATIONS
MUST HAVE experience post producing for video game marketing projects
Bachelors degree
5+ years professional experience in post-production
Experience with CG and live-action a plus
Experience with high volume deliveries
Excellent client management skills
Detail oriented, positive attitude, ability to multitask
Social skills to have clients love you and artists love working with you
Ability to delight the customer
