Full Time Job
Boutique Santa Monica based production company is seeking a full time office manager.
Requirements are: excellent communication and organizational skills, self starter w/the ability to keep up with a busy, fast-paced office, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
-Answering phones
-Maintaining kitchen and office space
-Shop/stock office and kitchen supplies
-Shipping
-Bank deposits
-Make coffee/coffee runs
-Deliveries/pick-ups
-Research/emails
-Upkeep production calendar
-Assist as set PA when needed
Requirements:
-Reliable vehicle and drivers license is required
-Experience with Office Software applications (Word, Excel, Google Drive)
-Extremely organized and detail-oriented
-Efficient in time management
-Problem solver, flexible to changing tasks at a moment's notice
This is a full-time in office position from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
