Full Time Job
Job Summary:
Assemble and publish network commercial logs for all ESPN International Networks. Coordinate daily international TV ad operations with interdepartmental teams and outside departments.
Responsibilities:
• Produce and publish daily commercial logs for International networks, as well as the alternate networks associated with each log.
• Prepare daily commercial guidelines for live programming and ''if necessary'' situations.
• Responsible for executing client requests/deal points, client supplied placement, billboard and feature information, live episode formats, sport guidelines, product exclusivity, and fair and equal rotation of orders.
• Maintain effective communication with Day of Air, Promotions, Programming, and internal teams.
• Develop a basic understanding of the departments that work closely with International Ad Operations.
• Gain a solid understanding of NCS and Advisor.
• Develop the ability to successfully train new employees on team functions
• Act as a contact for team assignments.
• Coordinate advertising materials as assigned
• Gain a basic understanding of the Sponsorship role
• Accurately maintain records for archives.
Basic Qualifications:
• Computer proficiency necessary.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure with changing deadlines in a team environment.
• Ability to work overtime without advance notice.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• One to two years traffic operations, customer service or television work experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
